Trewon is extremely proud to announce our Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) Level 3 certification. This major milestone demonstrates Trewon’s commitment to providing our clients with high-performance operations and quality standards. Originally created by the U.S. Department of Defense to measure the effectiveness of their software contractors, CMMI models have grown past software engineering to help any company in any industry grow their business. The CMMI appraisal framework was designed by a coalition of industry, government agencies and the Software Engineering Institute (SEI) to objectively assess an organization’s software and systems engineering, services delivery, project management, services management and organizational management capabilities.

Widely accepted as the global standard for efficiency, CMMI’s purpose is to align business operations with business goals to increase client satisfaction, increase productivity and reduce risk. The framework is measured at five maturity levels. Acquiring a Level 3 certification for Trewon attests that our processes are well-defined, standardized and improved over time. The appraisal also ensures that projects are monitored, controlled and continually reviewed to deliver process-driven business solutions. This certification solidifies Trewon’s agile development capabilities and dedication to providing sophisticated and consistent IT services to our clients.
