About the Contract
The Performance Management, Evaluation and Learning Services (PMELS) Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) is a $150M ceiling contract with various functional areas. Trewon was awarded this contract under Functional Area 5: Management Platform.
This IDIQ will allow the DoS to procure various services including management consulting, data analytics, evaluation design and implementation, performance management, training, and technical assistance over five years.
